This interview features the NJASSP Chapter Chair of the Honors and Awards Standing , Committee Kristin Herman, CSP, CHMM, CPEA. Conducting the interview is Jack Fearing, CPEA Chapter Community & Youth Outreach Chair. Kristin has been a member of the Chapter since 1997 and has served in numerous Chapter Executive Board positions including Past Chapter President. Kristin is a graduate of Fairfield University with a B.S. in Biology and NJIT with an M.S. in Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene. She is the Assistant Vice-President of EHS&S for L’Oreal Americas Operations headquartered in Clark, NJ.
