L’Oreal and the Hummingbird – Beauty in Safety & Environment

See how L’Oreal has used the strength and beauty of the hummingbird as a symbol of Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Excellence and how this tiny symbol of grace, beauty and effort guides the organizations norms and values towards safety excellence and the vision of an interdependent safety culture.  The presenters will give examples of L’Oreal’s EHS&S Management systems including the pursuit of safety excellence through dual safety management systems, commitment to visible safety leadership and L’Oréal’s cultural approach to EHS&S through PASSION.

In addition, learn about L’Oreal’s Sharing Beauty with All (SBWA) program and the new biogas project at L’Oreal and how that impacts L’Oreal’s 2020 environmental goals.
