This interview features Kathy Seabrook, CSP(US), CFIOSH (UK), EurOSHM. Kathy is the founder and CEO of Global Solutions Inc. and a former President of ASSP (2013-14). Conducting the interview is Jack Fearing, CPEA, Chapter Community & Youth Outreach Chair. Kathy has been a member of the New Jersey Chapter since 1988 and has more than 30+ years of experience in developing global EHS strategies, policies, corporate standards, risk assessment and gap analysis processes. By incorporating organizational change principles, she leverages safety to support cultural change within multi- sector organizations. She is known for embedding EHS within business strategies including ESG, Sustainability and Human Capital management. She has a BS in Chemistry from James Madison University in Virginia.
