NJ AIHA has a dinner meeting planned for  January 19, 2017.  There will be two presentations.  The first topic is What’s the State of Worker Safety and Health? – This presentation will summarize the latest government statistics on workplace injuries and illnesses, focusing on the latest trends and the New Jersey story. An update will also be provided on the latest BLS resources for safety professionals.  The second topic is A Proactive Ergonomics Program and Ideas for Effective Implementation – Soft tissue injuries, both chronic and acute have become one of the most prevalent types of work related injuries and illnesses facing business.
