The COVID-19 pandemic has presented employers and carriers with unique challenges for resuming, and operating, during a pandemic. This presentation will focus on providing key considerations to develop effective re-opening strategies to protect your workforce and reduce risk. We will discuss employers’ right and responsibilities for providing a safe workplace for employees and strategies to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Through the use of practical scenarios, we will attempt to detangle the conflicting recommendations issued by CDC, OSHA and ADA to seek out the best practices for safely returning to work.
