President of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Podcast

This interview features Christine Sullivan, CSP, ARM. Christine is the President of the American Society of
Safety Professionals. Conducting the interview is Jack Fearing, CPEA, Chapter Community & Youth Outreach Chair. Christine has been a member of ASSP 1996 and has more than 30 years of experience in occupational safety, health and Risk Management. She has a BS in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University. She is a Senior Vice President & Risk Control Services Director at Sompo International, North America. Prior to assuming various positions on the ASSP Board of Directors she was the President of the ASSP Colorado Chapter. Christine’s Society honors include the Charles V. Culbertson Outstanding Volunteer Service Award and the Safety Professional of the Year (SPY) awards from both the Council of Practices & Standards and the Risk Management & Insurance Practice Specialty. She has also served as Chair of the PDC Planning Committee and was a member of the Society’s 100th Anniversary Task Force.
